i do believe christian bale has risen in the ranks to be one of the best actors at the moment, probably him and johnny depp. i thought the action scenes were great i loved the art of the gun, use the handle to crack everyones face

Both are eminantly watchable, but both are unconvincing and dubious actors.

I disagree i find them believable they choose great roles and even in average movies their performance always make the film much better.

I loved Equilibrium. Definitely preferred it to the Matrix.
The only let-down for me was the main bad guy (who played Robert the Bruce in Braveheart).

my only problem was that everyone was just too easy for him to kill, the main bad guy and hench men didnt stand a chance.
