I was bored already half way through the trailer
And I'm an Englishman in New York, so I guess this should have spoken to me in some way
But no.
And I usually like Gervais.

Started off great and then the last hour is hearing a million different comedians talk about how their feelings get hurt all the time.

Ghost Ham 2

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt09941090349/

A Christmas ham leads a scrooge-like character through a comedic yet poignant review of his life thus far, imparting moral lessons from the perspective of cured meat.

As sequels go, Ghost Ham 2 succeeds in delivering a fresh story which entertains insofar as it is primarily concerned with a sentient meat product and Christmas. If you haven't yet caught the "hum-bug" and still have a passion for the magic of Christmas, Ghost Ham 2 is for you.

Watch out for the touching embrace between man and ham as our erstwhile cynic realises the true meaning of Christmas.

4 hard fists.

saw valkries last night. pretty good although tom cruise is... well... tom cruise. the rest of the cast is great. would have been better if they spoke german the whole time. the story stuck mostly to historical events and cruise actually looks like von stauffenberg. hitler was sufficiently creepy and evil.

we watched august rush , cause i had avoided it for a while , but my wife wanted to see it . it was better than i thought , but you had to really susspend belief for most scenes . my 10 year old comment that "i really could have went for , , , like at the end if meteors would have started falling "

i really could have done with out the moondance motiff , and robin williams . he jumped the shark around that whole alladin thing .
the finished product is just the garbage left over from doing the work.

Just watched the movie adaptation of Choke. Mostly very enjoyable. Less 'dark' than the book and more emphasis on humour. Left out some really important (or at least best) parts and they fucked up the ending. Sigh.
