got to pet the homeless orange cat that's been coming into our yard for awhile

the other homeless cat (black & white) doesn't let me pet him

but he doesn't run out of the yard anymore when I go outside.

speaking of homeless cats
zeus has been seeking refuge in my neighbor's storage shed
he comes out in the morning, through a loose board in the fence
into my yard to get some food and water and belly rubs while i'm letting beau out

then he comes back at night for dinner

highlight of my day
planting yellow and purple pansies in my front & side flower beds

but i got overheated and am now a coughy phlegm-ravaged mess
