Very specco. Also recommend checking out Paprika, if for the visuals alone. It's a mindfuck.

That's a good one
It reminded me of the Zippy The Pinhead comic how they talked in crazy advertising speak

Just watched The Apartment and Prisoner of Second Avenue.
I also watched Network.
What the fuck happened to good movies?
They used to just happen. Now it's once every 5 years.
Not that I'm complaining. There are tons of good books and movies I still haven't read or seen.

FUCK YES x2
I haven't seen that other one, but these two are permanently on my "awesome" list. Ned Beatty steals Network.

From getting raped in the mud to screaming at an old man, Beatty made the 70's his own.

You should give The Prisoner Of Second Avenue a shot as well.
Lemmon mugs Stallone in his first ever film appearance outside of porn.
I can't think of an actor that can show a person falling apart like Lemmon.
He damn near made a career out of it.

we watched doomsday last night .waaaay over the top "tribute" to various 80's sci fi action flicks .
it really tried too hard . silly , too many genres in one movie , once it went medevil i had really lost all hope.
the finished product is just the garbage left over from doing the work.

Finally watched Spirited Away.
It's been awhile since I've seen a movie that I and a child could both enjoy.
I'd adopt No-Face. Any day.

I'd agree with that.
I found it a little more coherent, accessible, fantastic or something, than Spirited Away.
But maybe it was just the day I watched it.
Either way, they're both good.
I SINCERELY HOPE YOU CUNTS NEVER BUILD PLANES
