I had just told him that, for the last keg, the boy I had helping me did less that 50% of the team lift work. So, my new boss tried to impress me by picking up the keg all by himself and putting it on the cart for me. I watched him very closely- to make sure he used the proper lifting procedure. He did. He lifted with his legs and not with his back. I said, "wow! you are very strong. teeheehee." He was proud of himself. I think I might get a good review in a few weeks.
