The first few had their merits, but it becomes plainly obvious the guy can only ever write as himself. I decided to pick up his newest for old time's sake. He does his best to state in the introduction that it is in the style of an 'oral biography', so its basically a paragraph of anecdote at a time from various people. The problem being, every single character has the exact same voice, so instead of looking like a cohesive joining of loosely connected statements by various people, it just reads like he was too lazy to write joining sentences between his, now entirely predictable trains of thought.

Survivor was outstanding. I also rather liked Choke.

I think you are all fucked it the head!
Fight Club is one helluva film. You guys enjoy such films as Shooter, The Island, Land Of The Dead etc, but dislike Fight Club? What the fuck? WHAT THE FUCK? Ive seen those films, and they are ok... But better than Fight Club??
I know Dicks head is fucked. He only likes black & white french romantic shit without subtitles (bonus if its a silent film), but the rest of you? Get fucking real! Stop lying to yourself... (and me)
Motherfuckers!

Land of the Dead, Shooter and the Island were crap. And I've seen Top Gun so I don't need Fight Club.
