I often get grilling tips during the summer on how to grill fish, vegetables and even (yuck) meat, but I seldom hear anyone grilling chicken, so what's the deal? I don't eat poultry myself, except the occational cock, but please feel free to post your favourite grilling tips for chickenstuff. And darkus, don't post pics of chickenmcnuggets, please.
