Check out this band!

KVELERTAK

A good friend of mine plays in this band. They sound like Darkthrone covering Thin Lizzy. Damn rockin'!

Neat video of their first single, Mjød. Awesomeness:

What I like is known only to me, and does not need to be spoken due to someone else potentially liking thus making me hate it with a passion.

talking to clayton on the telephone was a very liberating experience.
he had assumptions that I would sound like john wayne or johnny cash,
yet I had no idea that he sounds stunningly similar to kimmy gibbler.

superb.
what is new in your world?
wait... instead of answering that
why not drop us a list of some sort?
maybe your top 10 releases from 2010 thus far.
see the way I am posting? it is an often overlooked
egyptian technique entitle "pyramiding" or "tri-facting".
I've been keeping this ace up my sleeve eagerly awaiting
your triumphant return. I know you pop in ever now and then,
but we need you in constant rotation. so yeah... get to work on
that top 10 list. hell, I'd even be cool with a top 10 list of teddy metal. 8)

Kind of impressive.
I haven't heard a new album all year long
Well except Fame Monster by Lady Gaga, and
that might be 2009. I'm not really sure about that.
In fact i've been addicted to homosexual pro wrestling.
I also tend to work all day doing hair and selling candy at home.
I took this awesome cosmetology class and passed it with flying colors.
I tend to work on mostly mexicans, and african american hair, nails, and feet.
Anyways back to music. I've been listening to Lady Gaga, Bauhaus, Philip Glass,
XTC, Talking Heads, John Jacob Niles, and whatever earworms afflict me while working.
I can usually find the songs on youtube.com and listen to it until I end up going back to nothing.

For you though, I will break out a random list of 10 metal albums that are awesome, kind of obscure, I haven't mentioned too much in the past, and not from Finland.

1. Indukti: S.U.S.A.R.
2. Kekal: 1000 Thoughts Of Violence
3. Anubi: Kai Pilnaties Akis Užmerks Mirtis
4. Windham Hell: South Facing Epitaph
5. T.O.O.H.!: Rad A Trest
6. Zeni Geva: Desire For Agony
7. User NE: Tarantos
8. Dornenreich: Her Von Welken Nächten
9. Düreforsög: Knee
10. Master: On The Seventh Day God Created... Master

I
highly
doubt that
i'll be around
alot longer before
I go back to work on
a meaningless real life.
I am most disappointed
that you didn't notice i've
been listening to folk master
John Jacob Niles. I mentioned
that just for you, and you failed
to compliment me. I also have listened
to a little bit of John Denver. The Eagle
and The Hawk is a terrific song that boost
my spirits and makes me want to grow my beard
again and move into the mountains. Unfortunatly
no internet in the barren wasteland that is the appalachians.

see now, that's the thing... I am not a big folk fan. I listen to one and a half folk artists.
I say "a half" because the guy I am referring to is a local boy and I don't even care for
half of his material, but when he hits he slams. I guess I could say I am thankful for niles'
soundtrack presence in harmony korine's worst film. that or I could bait you with the seven
negro exaltations and watch you rattle some i-beams. I hope that wasn't where this was supposed
to go. if anything, just understand that folk music is not my bag of peanuts. I can't get comfortable
listening to that music. it makes me feel as if I don't appreciate nature quite enough... and it makes
me feel that I am always and always will be in the dark politically. too many guilt lasers involved, ya know?
I start thinking "man... at my age, there has to be SOMETHING I can stand up and scream about!".
then I start looking around/questioning friends and family, silent treatmenting my neighbors. etc.
things just go all to hell. however, I am glad you are finding sounds that move you in a direction
that satisfies your ears. hey, speaking of ears... have you installed any cornrows as of yet? I think that
would take the cake as far as learning opportunities go, watching you weave them into place, that is!
did I use the proper terminology there? this is fun. :D
