Though there are still several bands in the states that make excellent contributions to this underated and broad genre of music we call stoner rock (QOTSA, Monster Magnet, Fu Manchu, Nebula etc...), if you are looking for bands that really need to be added to the ranks of solid stoner contributers look no further than Truckfighters.

This has to currently be the best stoner-rock band going right now... fat, fuzzy guitar riffs... great singing... cool lyrics... original songs.

If you are into Kyuss, QOTSA, Dozer, and Fu Manchu these guys walk that line very well.

what about the bass player? I bet deep down inside he is pissed because he cannot play the guitar.

the bass player was the singer.. so he wasnt upset about not being able to play guitar..

didnt notice the shoes.. although there was this hot chick there with a top notch ass.. and she had these sandal/boot things..

true story.. i just picked up my gf on her lunchbreak and saw a woman wearing the same sandal boots..
