Seems just a bit disgruntled with Fantomas inactivity. Good thing for him he's got The Melvins

He’s a busy guy, it seems like.
Buzzo: Yeah, it seems like. Whether it’s true or not is anybody’s guess. I don’t know … I don’t know what Mike Patton does on a daily basis. I’ve worked a lot with him for a long time, on a lot of different scenarios, but the last time Fantômas did anything of substance was 2005. The last time we were actually in the studio was 2003. You do the math.
What's with the fucking attitude? Mike obviously is busy as fuck.

Roger's position would be stronger if his band wasn't so intent on putting out such godawful boring crap these days.
In addition: the less Fantomas there is in the world, the better, as far as I'm concerned.

Patton should stop doing those silly John Zorn albums.

See, doing a FNM album would have required looking beyond the Zorn nerdface circlejerk and putting himself out there
But no. No, let's just keep preaching to the beard, glasses'n'zit choir shall we

I was content with the possibility of a new FNM record. If not then the next Tomahawk will be welcome. I can take Peeping Tom as a side joke when he is not busy.

I'd take another Fantomas anyway, but, I'll take some Fantomas before the new Tomahawk if you....

I absolutely love the man's honesty.
and he's right.. I never would have expected to go almost seven years without a new Fantomas album.

Movie Scores
A Perfect Place
Crank: High Voltage
Albums
John Zorn - Moonchild
John Zorn - Astronome
John Zorn - Six Litanies for Heliogabalus
John Zorn - The Crucible
Mondo Cane - Self-Titled
Peeping Tom - Self-Titled
Tomahawk - Anonymous
Voice Contributions
The Darkness
Portal
Left 4 Dead
I Am Legend
Metalocalypse
Bionic Commando
Left 4 Dead 2
Plus touring/shows (Faith No More, Peeping Tom, Mondo Cane, Rahzel, Moonchild Crudo, etc.) and running a record label, he's been pretty busy since Suspended Animation. It's not like he's sitting at home masturbating and avoiding Buzzo's calls.

John Zorn album's usually consist of pre written music he makes noises over. How long could it possibly take to record that? The Darkness, Left 4 Dead, I Am Legend, etc.. again reading a script or just making noise. Not time consuming. Mondo Cane.. pre written music that he has been talking about recording since 2005 and we finally got it in 2010. Peeping Tom came out in 2006. I got demos online for that in like 2001. Faith No More is a complete waist of time unless they record a new album. I would be EXTREMELY surprised if Patton reunited with Faith No More just for some shows and no album.
I'm not knocking the man and his work ethic.. I just see what Buzzo might be refering to.

yeah his honesty is appreciated.
not dissimilar to the honestly seen in all his other interviews.
sarcasm aside, why are any of you taking buzz seriously? is that his M.O.?
