Minus The Bear - Omni

Just discovered these guys. Omni is their 4th album. It caught me off guard in it's excellence.
Don't let the white-boy funk sheen on a few tracks throw you off. These guys are legit.

MTB are great! I grew up with the original keyboard player (he left before the album Planet Of Ice). I prefer the bands earlier work. Check out the albums: "Menos El Oso" and "Highly Refined Pirates"... and the EPs: "This Is What I Know About Being Gigantic" (the first ep they recorded), and "They Make Beer Commercials Like This".

I saw them live back around 2005 or so. Great show.. a bit heavier and raw than on the albums.
