saw him a few years ago, and he literally put me to sleep...I kept nodding off like it was high school geometry....but then loudon wainwright came out, and it was beyond awesome.

He's pretty mellow with his solo stuff but I love that guitar sound.

Cool show. It was Bill, E. Kang, and Rudy Royston on drums. They were best when Kang was playing "basslines" on his viola and Bill was jammin. Royston is really good too, had never heard of him.
