my wife plays bass and sings some back ups
i play the guitar , and back up vox .
shrimpy (our kid) sings lead , back ups , and a little keyboard .
she (shrimp) picked most of the vocal arangements and effects herself on this project . she really went nuts on a few of the fnm tunes , you'll see , their are some more coming on side two that i really like .
thanks for the interest , , and feedack is nice too .
side one is ok , i really like side two though so check in again .

this one has a lil back story . before we went line in we used a small sound system and rehearsed for an hour from 7 to 8 pm . we lived in an apt next door to my older brother . he was out of town the first 3 nights , then on the fourth we are playing for 20 minutes . then the whole place shook like 3 times , he kicked the door in and broke the hinges and all the framing !
he was totally furious , "WE ARE TRYING TO WATCH A MOVIE (all they do ) !!!!"
so we changed the words to "someones kickin in our door , somebodys givin us hell"
then we would play the theme from shaft "whos the big uncle dick and on your door hes gonna kick" who is the man that would break the neck of his brother man" my brother has a 20 year cocaine problem so "whos the cat that wont geek out , when theres 20($)sacks all about"
"the only one who understands him is his dealer" see my bro's middle name is john too , so it was perfect .
he came over a month later shaking , begging me in tears to stop singing songs about him . he said his kids where crying every night cause there cousin was swearing about there dad .
theme from shaft is coming next . thanks again .
