Don't listen to this one.
I also like Scorseses remake of Cape Fear, although youve probably seen that one a thousand times, and its more of a thriller.
Are they worth it? :
Bram Stokers Dracula: Oh yeah!
Mary Shelleys Frankenstein: Sure, why not?
The Hills Have Eyes: Ok if I remember correctly.
House on Haunted Hill: No
The Ring: I guess
The Grudge: Havent seen the original, but the remake was pretty scary.
Rob Zombies Halloween: If you like Slipknot.
Tejas Chainsaw Massacre with Jess Biel: It really wasnt that bad. But I absolutely prefer the vibe of the original.
Willard: Saw the original a while back, and it bored me to death. Crispin Glover plays in the remake, and everything with him should be seen. Its not scary though.
Land of the Dead with Dennis Hopper: Very unforgettable.
Psycho: Gus Van Sant is okay, and so Vince Vaughn, but this movie is frame by frame a copy of the original, and I didnt need to see that.
The Omen: Another incredibly unnecessary remake.
Those are the ones I can think of right now.
