yeah, but you see the creature a helluva lot sooner. And it's still good and creepy.
I think Alien's the better comparison, but that's just me.

I guess one could describe it as sci-fi horror. It's just that I don't it as one at all. You definitly should see it, unless you found Solaris boring and don't like being bored.
