and to drink:
(Hunter Valley) Tawny Port, white port, ruby port, sparkling Semillon, sparkling Burgundy, Muscat, two Gewurtzraminers, botrytis semillon, traminer muscat, some sweet Reisling crap
Barossa Shiraz, Cab Sauv
Asti Spumante (from the Italian contingent)
French Sauternes (fucking expensive, so didn't get opened)
New Zealand Sauv Blanc

Before you all go 'well, lah de dah', give it a go; if you're into foody stuff it's a real treat.
