Ichi the kiler. :-o

The bit near the end where he puts the spikes in his ears is fantastic.

Oh man, I need to watch that again.

Last film by Miike-san that I saw was The Bird People in China, which I enjoyed very much. Relatively subdued work from this cat.

I now want to see everything Paul Dano has ever done.

I got emotional at the end of Hairspray

Never saw Freaks and Geeks before, the Haloween episode was hysterical

Sweeny Todd was pretty good if you know what you're getting into *Burton/Depp/Carter*

One of the best series ever. Damn shame they cancelled it.

I watched the whole lot the other night. Very fun.

Also saw his other one, Undeclared. Nothing to write home about but it is very good mindless pap.

I liked There Will Be Blood better at home then when I saw it at the theatre...

When it came out I was all "This is a great film but I really don't have to see it again"

<----------*dead wrong*

Yeah Undeclared was enjoyable, but nothing compared to Freeks and Geeks.

I watched The New World and The Sea Inside.
I recommend The Sea Inside.
It's what's I really like about great movies. Going from sadness to happiness in one line.
Javier Bardem has been bald in in every movie of his that I've seen.
I've only seen two.

Terrence Malick shouldn't write screenplays.
