Thanks for saying thanks, I've been driving a POS for years to save money and my car has no air-conditioning so that just won't do in MIAMI. The job does pay well, too :) but also...

Don't know if you all know but almost all the car dealerships have a post-college graduate program where if you show your diploma and proof of job you get:

:) - No money down
:) - up to 6 MONTHS DEFERRED payment (some are interest free, mine wasn't)
:) - $400 rebate graduating gift (sign special papers to get it).

but this college program expires at the end of this month for toyota. Also

:) - my credit score is flawless too but
:( - I never financed a car
:( - and they try to give me a 9% APR and I was like eh? So
:) - I drove to the next city's toyota and talked about how interest rate would make the sale or not right when I got there
:) - so when he proceeded to offer me a deal an hour later...
:( - he preceded to give me a high price for the car
:) - but a a very generous 5.9% interest rate
:) - at which point i called back to the first dealer and he matched it.
Honda was offering 2.9 APR if you financed a car and have a good credit score, they offered me a 3.9 but I didn't feel like coughing up an extra 2.5K for the car.

highlight from the past week: i went to London:

Image

this hotel looks pretty, but it wasn't all that spectacular:

Image

on the way back from Tate Modern, walking towards Big Ben:

Image

escape artist in Covent Garden who looked a little bit like George Carlin:

and i didn't take enough photos for the other highlights. besides, you can't take photos in museums and i felt like a douchebag taking photos of food in restaurants like other people were doing.
