I watched Cirque du Soleil's Quidam this weekend drunk as shit. Not the same as being stoned but it was an awesome experience nevertheless.

Quidam was great while stoned. I rented it thinking that it was going to be "So bad that it's great" and I ended up loving it legit.

I rented Robots thinking that it would be good for the bong after my shitty day at work and it made me feel like I desperate need a life [or my old one back]

I would suspect that some of Passolini's films would suit your drugged up brains. Perhaps I could suggest watching Zalo?

If you by Zalo mean Salò, then I agree... I bought this movie to a friend of mine, who is mostly into Die Hard and other action films. He is really stupid that way. I bought it to piss him off... We sat down to watch it, and be both enjoyed it.

Nah, not really... I mostly like to watch movies alone. At least the "heavier" stuff. All my friends are zombies. Sure they pretend to know alot about films, naming pulp fiction as the best movie ever. You know the type. I bet they dont even know who Fellini is..,

Well, I´m not that old, but I read probably 10-100 times more than I watch films. I too prefer to watch them alone though. Fellini, Passolini, Vischonti. Those are my main men.

Yes, you sound like a guy who likes weird european art films. I like some of that stuff myself, but not everything. And Iam the first one to slaughter a classic if I dont like it.

Sure, not all so-called Classics are great, but I still think they´re worth seeing because it oftens leads to other interesting discoveries. For example, the film "Ludwig" by Vischonti made me (at least mildly) interested in the historical character Ludwig of Bayern. The rich european cultural heritage is interesting in it´s own right, at least that´s my opinion.
