sorry if i messed up a little with the translation
1 kilo of chicken, mix of drumsticks and chicken-breast.
1 paprika
2 tomatoes
3 onions
10 cloves garlic
a touch of fresh selder
1 ounce black olives without pit
2 cans of beer
1 bag (about 500 grams) cassava
salt, fresh pepper
1 boullion cube
olive oil
cut the paprika, tomatoes, onions, selder and garlic in pieces.
put olive oil in a large pan with lid and add the chicken.
fry for about 10 minutes till its light brown.
remove the chicken from the pan and add the vegetables.
stir fry for 3 minutes, add the chicken again, then add the beer
till the chicken is well covered. add the cassavas and olives,
then boullion block, salt and pepper.
put lid on the pan and let it rest for 45 minutes on very low fire.
Ready!

The "stone" in the olive is called a "pit."

translating ingredients is a pain in the ass... whenever i'm with Bella here at some restaurant and i have to translate the things they have i lose the plot.
