Re: General Arsenal Discussion.
Spurs gave up when they heard you put 3 past the Europa cup runners up. Still, I note you all answered AFTER you confirmed third.
Had you worried.

Re: General Arsenal Discussion.
We've done AC and Inter at theirs with nice 3-4 goal margins (are you reading Tottenham?) and now we have to do the same at the Camp Nou. Great match yesterday. Arshavin's coming good now and RVP's shot was so hard it is difficult to slag their keeper off with a straight face.

Halfway through, we've won away (clean sheet) and you've won at home...

Spurs vs Arsenal in the Champs League?
I'd love it, John. Love it!

Re: General Arsenal Discussion.
I wouldn't. The idea that they'd be perceived as somehow on the same plateau as us is unpalatable.

Oh hi guys, well done against Barcelona.
Did I ever mention who my other half supports?

Re: General Arsenal Discussion.
Damn you and your heckles.
The man I live with used to live in London, his origins are Dundee, so supports Dundee FC (nae cash). But continuing the tradition of supporting his local (shite) team, he also supports...
*drumroll*
Leyton Orient!
He was at the game yesterday, flew back last night.
Without the aid of a plane.

Re: General Arsenal Discussion.
Don't see you replying to that one Rick.
Blackpool, Premier league team, doing well, beat Liverpool amongst many others.
Leyton Orient, 1st division, all players free transfers or loans, nearly relegated to division two last year (not that you glory hunters would know that kind of thing).
I think, on balance, one of these results, is more embarassing than the other.
Can you say "congested fixture list"?

Re: General Arsenal Discussion.
How can a draw be more embarrassing than a loss? In a spuds mind anything is possible, after all, most of their dreams never leave their minds, they're wrapped up in their little fantasy worlds...

Congrats on the Swans making the leap, Chris.
What will you do for two days next season? Wrestle yourself?
Perhaps covered in oil wearing Arsenal shorts and a Swansea top?
I think I'm getting off topic here...or maybe I'm not?
