i work at a plumbing company, my plumbing in my apartment is fucked, and my landlord won't let me take care of it because he's got a bullshit contract with my boss's estranged brother.

it's one thing after another here. this house is kinda old (for SoCal), so the washer never had a real drain put in. it just drained into a giant cement sink on the service porch. late last year my washing machine took a shit. we get a new one. the guys come & put it in, and casually mention, "oh, you know this sink is cracked?" "No, but I'll keep my eye on it." about 3 weeks later I notice it leaking...every load it gets worse. so I contact the owner of the house. you can't buy a sink like that any more...well, you might be able to get one made for way too much money, but that's unrealistic. he thinks he's mr fixit, so he's gonna just throw in a drain...simple, right? "I'll be done in about 2 hours."

3 days later, and my house is still ripped apart. he finally gets a drain installed, but the pipes are either too narrow, or clogged, cause when the washer drains it spits black shit into my bathtub. over the course of a few weeks it gets worse & worse until it starts backing up into the drain tube for the washer as well.

we are now on day 3 of this snaking fiasco....every time he "finishes" and leaves I check the washer...it's getting better, but it is not fixed. I just want to wash my damn clothes.
