Movies you wish they would remake

Post by Dress Barn »

I'm dying to see a new tripped out version of Jesus Christ Superstar.

The origional version is one of my favorite albums of all time but the movie is close to unwatchable. Even Gary Glitter couldn't save it

is ian gillian in that ?

my wife mentioned a remake of logans run is suposed to be happening ... it was in that lil pamphlet the have at the theater but it looks like this idea has been tossed around forever:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logan's_Run

i would say 2001 , but only if they followed the book , and it would have to be done really really really well  or how about a tarentino and rodrigeuz-esque rehash of "race with the devil" , while we are at it why not take a shit all over phantasm ?

there is also this , which mentions "ghostbusters 3" (slimer strikes back, son of slimer, slimer and sons?)

the finished product is just the garbage left over from doing the work.

I love Rear Window to death. It's among my all time top ten.
That said, I would actually like to se a decent remake of this, NOT starring Shia LeBeouf.
Hell, they could even add a zombie apocalypse to the story. Or not. I don't know...
...this time like triple sarcasm

This isn't really a remake but I don't get why they never made a superhero film about my old time 80's favorite

I would love to see Braveheart remade, and for them to call it "William Wallace" and to have actual historical events in it.

That would be cool. And actually make him out to be a merciless butcher of children and women too, would be a boon.

We'd have to subtitle it and get vaccinations against hepatitis.
