Sweet and sour chicken

for 6 people:
dice 1Kg of chicken breasts, roll them in flour, fry them and set them apart.
Chop 2 middle sized onions, 2 green peppers and 3/4 Kg of pineapple. Saute that in a wok and after a bit add:
12 tablespoons of water
8 tablespoons of sugar
4 tablespoons of white wine
4 tablespoons of ketchup
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
8 tablespoons of modena vinegar
when the sauce starts to have a caramelized taste, mix in the chicken and let it cook for another couple minutes... serve with basmati rice, grind some nice black pepper over the dish and have some chilled white wine with it
