The few songs I heard by Digable Planets bored the fuck out of me, but the beats on here sound pretty cool, trying out.

Boring. Really? :?

You should check out their Blowout Comb album from 1994. It's honestly my favorite wrap wrecord of all time.

Here's a few tracks from that jellyfish unicorn of a smores flavoured popsickle platoon matrix ::

anysways...this is no doubt my fave so far. whole album is killer beginning to end. not a single skipper. it's his best yet IMO. also it's got some of my faves from the chicago scene :: Matt Lux on bass. Chad Taylor on drums. Dude is smart to employ such monsters. i still believe his best is yet to come.

I'll try it again, I didn't give them a "proper" listen really.

What I remember

-Lyrics didn't compel me
-Beats were boring as hell

But again, I need to give a proper listen. Thanks for links.

sarcasm is not usually a driving force behind productivity.
in fact, in some instances it has driven individuals to abort their missions.
in this case however... it has reminded me of some music from 2010
that managed to serve as a positive light and motivation in the typically
dark life in which I usually remain cold and limp ala one dead octopus thrown
into the corner of the meat freezer to remain un highlighted by the dim,
flickering, blood speckled light bulb and unappreciated by life forms alike.

jd mcpherson - signs & signifiers
nick curran and the lowlifes - reform school girl
mike patton - mondo cane
cleric - regressions

oh also, before I forget (again)... I have another entry for my 2011 list:

the magpies - live at the white water tavern

and damn it, I am still on the fence regarding that middle brother self titled.
it possesses potential, but I can be one selective microscoper. we'll see what happens.

Roseanne and Married With Children were sitcoms with a lot of sarcasm and pretty high productivity.

But yeah otherwise I guess I agree.

"pretty high productivity" as in the episodes actually varied in content based on creativity
or "pretty high productivity" as in your eager attempt at punching and/or locating holes in my logic?

I didn't like either show too much so i'm certainly not implying there's any quality standard there. just a lot of episodes.

misunderstandings abound once again.

I wasn't looking for a quick steal.
I wasn't looking for a googled/amazon review.
human interaction via opinions owned by some of you here was the name of the game.
I'm not even sure what I want to name the game now...
and that is IF I even continue playing.

you guys would make a project out of peeling a banana.

k....it sucks.

not like wink-wink, primus sucks, wink-wink....more like lame, dated, uninspired, shitty, boring, not worth the time, pretty fucking horrible, never should have come back...that kinda sucks.

I know that album is really bad, ya cunt. (see how commas work? much more effective.)

not as bad as antipop, but extremely not good.

now we're getting somewhere.
as I always say: "if your going to throw me into an ocean of words,
at least give me plenty of adjectives to float around on".

yeah, all I've really heard about this release is that it "feels like a les solo/side project release"
and it is "funky".

 who WRITES this stuff!?
