Favorite biographical film?
Saw Public Enemies last week, and I didnt care that much for it. Fuck Michael Mann and his DV bullshit. Horrible audio and picture. Digital video to capture the gangster/depression era in the 30's? GTFO! Mann is dead to me, and I will never watch another movie of his.
The story of John Dillinger however, is a interesting one. I was really looking forward to it, and it could have been decent if it werent for MM's homo-camera.
What biopics do you like?
These are my favs:
Raging Bull
Ed Wood
All the President's Men
The Elephant Man
Lawrence of Arabia
Donnie Brasco

I really dislike Jamie Foxx, and therefore I havent seen Ray. It pleases my heart to see that he hardly gets any roles.

Speaking of Mann, I liked Ali. I thought Will Smith did a fine job, and I don't even like him.

Yeah, she's nice! I remember watching Big Fish, thinking that I should have been her boyfriend.
