I know this sounds crazy, but you wrap each banana with a slice of bacon and fry them until the bacon is crispy. Then you sprinkle with the brown sugar and hash.

The stronger the pot, the more versatile. If you can't taste it stick it in anything. Only notes are go with fatty/oily. It metabolizes better.
