One spoon of curry paste (your choice, I prefer rogan josh for this) and one spoon of natural yoghurt. mix and add about 300 grams of cooked quorn pieces or 400 grams of cooked chicken breast pieces. Put into a freshly baked baguette and service with a mint and yogurt mayo.

what Chris and Mobes said.

Also, a good satay;

1 cup (baked) unsalted peanuts
2 tsp hot chili sauce
'most of' a tin of coconut milk
2 tsp light soy
1 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp muscovado sugar

throw all the above into a blender.
cut up chook chunks and pierce onto pre-(water)soaked kekab sticks
Marinade both components for 30+ mins and use rest of sauce to baste when barbying

good for prawns and pork too
