With Thanksgiving and the holidays coming up, does anyone have any pie suggestions? At my house we go through at least ten... and I'm kind of stuck in a pumpkin pie and chocolate pie rut.

there's a place where i grew up that puts ten cups of fresh apples in every pie. these things are massive.
