1cup raw oatmeal

1/2 cup just boiled water

1/4 cup 100% aloe vera gel

mix the oatmeal with the just boiled water until it is pasty (it doesn't need to be cooked , just soft enough to make a paste) next mix in the aloe gel. spread it on your face while its still warm. let it dry and then remove by rubbing a warm wet cloth over you face in small cicles. mmmm softness.

has anyone tried this yet? you acn do it with just the oatmeal a little bit of milk is nice too i just didn't have anymilk when i wrote this but did happen to have some aloe gel. it seriously works wonders, moisterizes sooths and exfoliates, cheeply and naturaly.
