Honey Hearts
----------------
75 g Honey
75 g Brown Sugar
60 g Butter
1 Egg
1 Tea spoon (Ts) of grated orange peel
1\2 Ts of Cinnamon
1\2 Ts of Grounded ginger (not Cottage Wonder though)
1\2 Ts of Grounded Cloves
1\2 Ts of Natron (You call it that in english too, don't you?)
300 g of flour
Melt the butter, sugar and honey in a pot. Cool for 30 minutes.
Mix the "dry" ingridients, and mix them into the cooled honey\sugar\butter.
Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes, roll it into a one cm thick plate.
Stick out hearts. Into the oven at about 200 C, 10 minutes.
Very good.

Vin Chaud
------------
This soothing winter warmer might just be what you're looking for this christmas.
Red wine
Lemon
A little sugar
Spices (cinnamon and perhaps cloves)
Just heat the wine with some added sugar (it shouldn't really be sweet, just a tad so), it's finished
when it starts to give off "smoke", but it must -not- boil!
Serve in a long drink glass with a piece of lemon and some grounded cinnamon.
Yummy.
