I'm going to start a large ramble about my appreciation for Jet Li films soon.

Be warned.

I can't believe you like Lethal Weapon 4 that much.

I've only watched one non-Chinese/HK Jet Li movie, being Romeo Must Die. I won't make the same mistake twice. Though apparently, The One is interesting in terms of the different fighting styles used by the two characters.

I guess I'm only really a fan of the epic wushu-style movies he has done, of which I have seen the following (in order of viewing):

Hero
Once Upon a Time in China
Fearless
The Shaolin Temple

I didn't have any real interest in him until I'd seen Hero, which I only went to see in the first place because of the cinematographer involved and a couple of the other actors.

I saw Fearless recently, which is reportedly the last wushu-epic style movie he will do. Definately worth seeing if you're at all interested in this style of film.

That initial rant wasn't nearly as long as I expected it to be.

I really detest Jet Li. Uma Thurman is far better. Even in Rom-coms.

I like you, Eli.
I know I act like I'm a big man and I can't stand you but...
I just can't hide it any longer! You look like Thierry Henry and smell like a caramel apple. Both of which I want inside me.

*resurrects*

Watched Unleashed last night. It was better than I thought it would be, even if the fighting wasn't that awesome, except for the scene with the unexplained albino guy in the dunny.

The story was a bit faulty, but the editing was pretty choice. I've seen worse Luc Besson films.

I watched a bit of Kiss Kiss Bang Bang.
That movie really doesn't stand up to a second viewing.

I enjoyed Hero.
