A great new way to eat broccoli

I absolutely loathe broccoli but recently have had to increase my consumption of the stuff to assist me in, ahem, shitting.

I found broccoli in garlic butter was pretty good but have found the following is even better :

Melt 80g of butter, add 2 heaped tablespoons of chopped pine nuts and cook over a low heat until the butter and pine nuts are golden.
Next add a couple of tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice... you should smell the aromas that come charging out !! divine.... mix with steamed broccoli and voila !!

and even then it has to be organic otherwise it tastes like plastic to me
