hmmmm, what about something from the peachpowder sessions with dave kingham and benjamin hobley?
it is very "chill". cello, brushes on snare, the triangle, whispering vocals. I especially enjoy the track "horse forest".

Music for Children (Volume One, 1998)
Taboo & Exile (Volume Two, 1999)
The Gift (Volume Three, 2001)
The Dreamers (Volume Four, 2008)
O'o (Volume Five, 2009)
Ipos: Book of Angels Volume
It usually takes years of practice, but some guys receive an arm up to the elbow and others can take two hands.

I probly couldnt-uh said it better. That's the majority of his best chill shit.

I'd add anything from the Bar Kokhba series (the trio or the sextet..especially Lucifer:vol 10:masada book 2)
The Circle Maker (1998)
In Search Of The Miraculous (2010) - great mellow jazz record - one track "Hymn For A New Millennium" is one of my faves from last year
much of the Masada book 2 series is chill (not vol 7...not vol 3)
Do you ever try to pee the dookie off the inside of the toilet bowl?
