not to rub it in, but I got the next page after this
and I suddenly realized; I don't really care that much. I also realized spending $130 on a band I haven't listened to in 15 years might not be the brightest thing I've ever done. *closes window*

Re: NIN: Final eight farewell shows starting August 22nd
I got to the part where they were gonna charge my card, and it dawned on me....that's $130 fucking dollars!
okay...maybe I wanna rub it in a little but I honestly hope all you people who want them get them. I like the ticket system...not perfect, but way better than TM.

i would've seriously considered going if Chris Vrenna and Charlie Clouser were to come back. i'm just glad i got to see them at the Universal Amphitheatre.
back when they were still called that
remember that bloody coffin backdrop that they did when they played "Downward Spiral"? that was the highlight of that show for me.

NIN boards are raged at today's debacle, good to see some Bungle-alos get to secure their tickets though, enjoy folks.
Hopefully get tickets to one of the Terminal 5 shows.

Re: NIN: Final eight farewell shows starting August 22nd
I was logged in right at 5PM. No dice. Fuck.
Hell or high water, I'm going to the Echoplex show (not interested in the other CA shows at this point) . PM me if you're willing to part with a pair of tickets. i will pay well above face value.

Hello, all my fellow Nine Inch Nails ticket buyers. As you may know yesterday's tickets sold out very quickly. I waited online for over an hour just to have my page crash and get no tickets. NIN has zero tolerance for scalpers so why should we? If you see any scalpers selling tickets for more that face value flag their page. I'm sure Mr. Reznor would approve. I waited so long to be able to attend NIN's last show and now I won't be able to attend, because scalpers are selling tickets for almost $500.00 a ticket. This is ridiculous! As a die hard fan, I would be willing to pay this kind of money, but I have to pay the bills, and this, frankly is way over the top.
As for some of the sellers, I read one ad, "I know it's really horrible that I am reselling a NIN ticket, but I have two and I only need one"
Well, them why didn't you just buy ONE? There was an option.
I'm surprised at this NIN fan.
Another stated that he was selling the ticket for $300.00 which was face value plus a handling fee.
Complete BS.
So For any of you selling tickets at a reasonable price, please contact me.

As for the rest of you scalpers, you will rot in hell, rest assured.
You've ruined the lives for a lot of NIN fans.

Re: NIN: Final eight farewell shows starting August 22nd
Look if I had extra tickets to a show and was able to sell them for more than face value I would. It's not my fault somoene wants to be stupid and pay WAY more than face value for a ticket.
I saw nin in vegas thinking it was the last time I'd see them. The face value was $150 (that's with fees) and that's what I ended up paying for the ticket my cousin was able to get off craiglist.
If someone is stupid enough to have paid double or more...I would have turned around and sold the ticket
I know someone paid 3 times the face value for a ticket just to see a peeping tom show
