Re: Habanero Chicken
I was hoping someone could clue me in. I just put cubed chicken into a pan, with butter with diced habaneros (if the store has em in) and cover it with habanero powder. Add other more halfway through cooking. ALWAYS use a lid, or everyone in the surrounding area will be coughing and their noses will be running. Sometimes I add Daves Insanity sauce, but I'm not give on the flavor so I don't use much.

Scotch Bonnet peppers also have a great flavor to them. They are close (if not equal to) the habanero on the heat index, as well.
If you can find "Inner Beauty Really Hot" sauce, grab it. There is a weaker version that's not as tasty, so check the label. It is made with Scotch Bonnet peppers and is delicious!

Yah, what is the diference between Scotch Bonnet? When they come in, they're not all orange like habaneros and they're usually already going bad. They're also smaller. They just look like the rejects of good habaneros.

Re: Habanero Chicken
Scotch Bonnets have a different flavor to them than the habeneros.
(I can't really give you any more info than that. I don't know anything else about them other than the taste and the heat index)
If you get some fresh ones in, give them a try.
They are yumtastic!
