Spaggeti A La Michelle!

for 2

olive oil
about 6 flat anchovy fillets
2 table-spoons of pesto
1 pack tomato frito (375gr)
100 grams of black olives
about 6 garlic toes

crush the olives
cut garlic toes in not too little pieces

put some olive oil in a frying pan.
add the anchovy filets, stir them till they are dissolved.
add pesto, stir, then rest for a few min.
add olives, then tomato frito saus, stir, then rest for a few min.
add garlic.

this must rest for about 15 to 20 minutes

prepare the spaggeti and.....Voilá!

i was never a real fan of the tiny salty fish but since Ive been working in an italian restaurant for a while i have actually begun to like the little buggers. in moderation of course.

i myself love them!

but if its too salty to your taste then you can always add less
of them anchovy fillets, if you were planning of using this recepie that is.
