Agreed.

Favourite ingredient, at the moment, is sugar. It's so underrated.

P.S: When using tomatoes it's a must.

I like brown sugar in curry. I don't use sugar in tomatoes, I used to but now I just cook the tomatoes longer to obtain the desired sweetness.

I've gone the other way. But it's only due to living in places with less and less desireable kitchens. I spend as little time as possible cooking these days. I miss cooking.
