Post by Chauncey »

my quest is over, nice amount of heat but not over powering, great flavor, not too vinegary

the carribean stuff was really good , even on a sloppy joe . i like mine with extra onions and peppers .
couldnt find the lizardo tobasco here , but i have seen the chowlula stuff so will try it next . there is one taco joint here that has the best green sauce , not too vinagery and it isnt opaque , this stuff rules , their tacos are great with corn tortilla's , but the burritos are so so. the place in summit has unreal burritos huge portion of tasty steak , boatloads of cheese , but the salsa is crappy . next time i go , i have a plan .
the finished product is just the garbage left over from doing the work.
