It's versatile, cheap, and tastes great. :)

I made some yesterday with spinact, chilli and onions. Should have had some lentils or beans in there too, but I didn't bother to go to the store. Pics in my gallery along with recipe.

Yeah. I'm about to try that next. Do you reckon it would be good with like tuna and cloved tomatoes or similar?

I made some bulgur with just cabbage and onions (and cumin, curry and turmenic) last night. It was decent enough as a crisis solution. I wouldn't recomend it though. It's like macaroni and cheese.

Doesn't sound that bad, but that combo would be better with a wholegrain rice.

I wouldn't recommend having tuna in anything.
