Puppy, how hard could it be to make a mozzarella, basil and tomato sandwich at home?

Does anyone have a really "weird" sandwich that's actually good?

Kind of like, ciabatta with goat-cheese and prunes (which by the way probably would be rather good) or something even weirder?

When I was younger

My fave sandwich

2 slices pumpernickel bread
Mustard
handful of Cheetohs

That lasted until my mom saw what I was doing, and got really grossed out.

Yuck, I hate rye bread.

I like a sandwich with some kind of really good whole-wheat bread, toasted, a thin layer of a really sharp cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a little olive oil.

But I'm not sure if this is my FAVORITE sandwich or not.

Rye is a sort of grain. I don't know what granary is.

I made a good sandwich last night:

English muffin, toasted with cheddar cheese, turkey breast, a slice of fresh pineapple, and a dash of mayo. Better than I thought it would be.
