I don't get it. Do you consider them to be shit? If so, your opinion is soooo wrong, dude.

No way dude. I misread your post as
A 15 y.o. Highlander I picked up in Pitlochry (with a really hard name).
I bought a bottle of Jura. Tastes a bit like it matured in a grappa cask.

Quite a few of the Edinburgh distilleries seem to prefer to mature their scotches in old sherry barrels.

(BTW, I was hindered in my ability to pick up Highlanders by the presence of my wife.)

If one of us ever strikes it rich that person should fund a luxury boat tour of the Scottish distilleries.
I heard about them years ago. It's one of those things I have to do before I die.

For the mainland distilleries we'll get one of those bad ass hover crafts.

We need to get Mycka into single malts, stat.

Hell yeah...

I have a question: Why would anyone drink grain whiskey? I don't understand why they even produce the shit.

Some people just don't care, Ben.
I'd like to know who all has tried Penderyn?

I know Chris and I have.
It's worth seeking out. Even if you don't have Welsh in you.

I have Welsh in me, but have not tried Penderyn..

What should I do?

Run to the nearest liquor store.

Or purchase a hover craft.
Either works.

Let me say that Tomintoul is the gentle dram.
The label on the bottle was not bullshit.

Good for a night when you don't want exciting scotch. Just warmth.
It's damn cheap too for a 10 year.

Highland Park 12 y.o is smooth and light, with honey, pepper and charcoal notes. Delightful in large quantities, it imparts amazing abilities in relation to Xbox, lovemaking, and table tennis. This bottle is well-deserving of the Best Spirit award it won a few years ago (can't remember when).

Seriously, buy it. It's Orkney's best.

I'd rather visit Bosnia.
Ohio is a crazy place. For crazy people.

I think I'll just sip my whisky from the safety of my apartment.

Because we need plots involving high-tech tomfoolery.
Being a single malt fan is the other pre-requisite.

If you know anyone else equipped for the part, please forward their CV.
