Don't like the in-laws, Bexy?

Do you speak Swedish?

We were there for about six weeks while our place was being renovated. All's good now.

That's good to hear.
No man should go so long without enjoying his whisky.

Great. But you better bring some whisky, because there is no snow within hours of me.

I've never skied. But I can tell you one thing...I'd have whisky with me if I did.

That's not exactly true. I have skied. But not proper ski-ing. Is that the right spelling?
Some lady left her skis in the shed when we moved into our house when I was a young man.
I duct taped the skis around my feet and skied drunk off a hill into traffic.
No one was hurt.

cross-country skiing is pretty nice. Just to see beautifull places. I´ve never really tried slalom or snowboard etc. I´ve had whisky plenty of times though. :D

Is drinking Tullamore Dew occasionally enough to be sent to hell?

Actually, Vallåsen doesn't look completely shit. It looks like how the Australian ski season looks most of the season. I love the cannon in the foreground.

Oh, that looks pretty shitty. If you like skiing, come to norway. ;)

Bowmore 12 year old. This is a great back-up to the Oban.

Have you tasted the 15yo Green Label? You should give it a bash if you haven't. It is a blend, but it's a blend of Talisker, Cragganmore, Linkwood and Caol Ila.

I've had the green. It's not bad.
But by god Walker is overpriced.

I'm not a huge fan of Bowmore.
Not the right amount of peat for my tastes.

I didn't pay for either, which was nice. But I would buy the Bowmore. Laphroig I can do without, though.

Me pal Bryan is a great whiskey lover whose father was a master distiller and describes Glenfiddich as "the shite the give the English and the neds wit' nay tongues". It's better than Bells though.

I think I'd need to taste them side by side to verify that, but I don't want to do that.

Have you read the back of a bleach bottle? It says something like "do not store near other chemicals as there could be a fatal reaction". I think it is true with fake whisky too. You is wise beyond your years, brother.

Okey. Famous Grouse. Is that acceptable to you connoiseurs?

I'm a bit of a fan. The 15-y.o. is particularly tasty. Though I doubt I'd spend my money on it now that I consider myself semi-educated in the matter.

Walker gold label? That was the first whisky I ever drank.

Nowadays I tend to buy (the probably ignorant, fake, pussy-scotch, plastic-tasting, etc) Tullamore. Only 'cause I prefer other alchoholic drinks to whisky, and it's cheap. Yeah, I know, I shouldn't admit it.
