Sauce.

Today I grabbed a couple packs of sweet italian sausages, couple cans of crushed tomatoes, and a pack of mushrooms, and a box of pasta... combined that with stuff I already had in stock (onions, garlic, olive oil, homegrown basil)... bam! Dinners for at least three days (and the stuff gets better every day it sits in the fridge, to a point)... like fifteen bucks. I used beer to de-glaze the pan because there wasn't any wine around and I'm not about to buy any... worked perfectly fine.
