Black Bean Dip

2 cans black beans, rinsed and drained, 1 can whole corn drained, 2 cans Rotel tomato with chillis, chopped green onion or onion, green pepper and garlic to taste. Combine and put about 1/4 to 1/2 cup Wishbone or any good Italian dressing on the above. I personally add juice of 1 lime and about 1 tsp of sugar. If you want it warmer add additional chopped peppers. Serve with tortilla chip.

Instead of Italian dressing, you can mix together 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp cumin, 1/8 tsp red cayenne pepper and chopped cilantro.
