grand slam

Post by clitty litter »

Although it's a day after opening day in baseball, this is not about
baseball or the peanuts they eat, or the ice cream they smoke.

This is about bands/artists that have had 4 consecutive awesome albums.

Please share your grand slam entries with me :D

The first one that comes to mind to me is:

Stevie Wonder's -----
Talking Book 1972
Innervisions 1973
Fulfillingness First Finale 1974
Songs in the Key of Life 1976

Bungle (of course) starting with a bowel of chiley

Led Zep's first 4

Metallica ----- Kill Em All to And Justice for All

Any 4 consecutive albums from Rush (76 to 82)
from Yes (from 69 to 79)
Jethro Tull (from 69 to 77)
King Crimson (from 69 to 82)

Genesis -----
Nursery Crime
Foxtrot
Selling England by the Pound
the Lamb

How's about you ppls?
Do you ever try to pee the dookie off the inside of the toilet bowl?

NIN: disappointing from the Fragile onwards
Korn: patchy albums since Follow the Leader
PJ: Sucked after Vitalogy
Melvins: Honky and Maggot both disappointing after the Atlantic Years and dude you forgot Houdini W T F
Soundgarden: Superunknown is their only great record
FNM: AOTY is kind of a dud: some good songs, but it's basically a more polite KFAD
