one of the local colleges here airs a show every saturday night called The Dirty Soul Party
and goddamn if it ain't groovin'
you may argue too much funk to be simply soul, but who cares?

they play shit like, and most of it i've never heard before,

so i'm leaving skid-marks in my fruities over the thangs i keep hearing about D'angelo's unfinished James River album
