Tomahawk--new album in 2012

Team Members: Duane Denison, Mike Patton, John Stanier, Trevor Dunn
Currently demo'ing new material (@15 songs) for what will be the 4th album by indie rock group Tomahawk. Album will be tracked live in Nashville, Tn and mixed elsewhere @Mar/Apr 2012. More details later.

last time (or the time before that) i saw tomahawk, this uberdrunk dude stood about 10 feet from the stage, pult out his dick, and took a piss on the floor. my buddy erik saw him and pushed him down in his own piss. i think a good amount of his piss was sucked up by his clothing. tomahawk fans are some dumb fuckin dipshits. i mean who lets themselves lose control like that? if ur gonna piss in public, at least piss on a homeless person or a slut or some douche in a 3 piece suit.

where did you see them? Cradle? That didn't happen. Mike did poke fun at Duane for somehow fucking up Rape this Day so they did the whole song again. Kinda dumb, I think they should have accepted it and played another. Oh well, it way funny.

Sounds like a bunch o' mumbo jumbo to me. You don't look cool either way. I was there in 2001 and 2003. If it did happen it was insignificant enough to not be bothered with it. Glad you got to see some urine. You could have gone to the trough for that.

Tomahawk will issue a new 7″ single for their song “Waratorium” on November 23rd just in time for Record Store Day‘s Black Friday event. An etching done by cartoonist Ivan Brunetti will appear on the b-side of the release while a digital single for the track will arrive a week later.
The new Tomahawk album “Oddfellows” is presently slated for a January release date on Ipecac Recordings. In the meantime, the band have the following run of shows booked for the fall:
10/27 Nashville, TN – Exit/In
10/28 New Orleans, LA – Voodoo Music Experience
10/29 Memphis, TN – New Daisy Theatre
10/31 Dallas, TX – Granada Theatre
