I went to play some modern warfare 3 online the other day and put on Miss Machine instead of listening to the dumb kids.
Then I was kind of surprised to hear what sounded like the tune from dune.
Then I heard the same tune a few more times in some of their other songs.
Then just now I put links to all the parts of songs I heard some dune in...
For your consideration:

Pretty funny... I also love dune... wonder if that's subliminally what I liked about Dillinger?

Re: The Dune Escape Plan
Well I definitely noticed it in Sick On Sunday and FML during the first listens but didn't think there would be other examples.
Makes me want to watch Dune or Blue Velvet tonight... but since the blue velvet blu-ray comes with 51 minutes of deleted scenes I will opt for the latter!
