Maybe not every day, but they repress it at least three times a year on different coloured vinyl as a limited edition. They did one this year with a negative image sleeve on clear vinyl. At first they said it was limited to 100 copies but when the orders went through the roof they changed the website to 2,000 copies but 100 reserved for mail order. Bunch of cunts.

The last 2 records I bought were Mondo Cane and Gorillaz Plastic Beach. I still haven't opened either of them. I guess I did buy that NOFX Frisbee on orange vinyl but mostly just to sell back to some nofx collector at triple the price.

Anything new? Or rare gems?

opportunistic? almost never. but i was on the right webpage at the right time so i ordered one. the album was released only on black vinyl with a limited bonus 7" back in 2009 and just a month ago they released it in 3 different colors. i'll also sell you the original black vinyl with an unused download card and that limited bonus 7". i have a broken sega dreamcast too. i just can't calibrate the laser properly. i'm sure that's all it needs to work.
$75 OBO

Please buy my old crap... i'm saving money for old videogames...

I actually got the Mondo Cane and Gorillaz Plastic Beach records recently too. I'll link to the images I've taken of what I've got recently, I won't post the images themselves:

Ash - Oh Yeah / Goldfinger 7" jukebox single.
Balaam And The Angel / FNM flexi disc. Still attached to the magazine.
Black Keys - The Big Come Up. Reverse sleeve, clear vinyl limited to 1̶0̶0̶ 2,000 copies. :curse:
dEUS - Keep You Close
Dillinger Escape Plane with Mike Patton - Irony Is A Dead Scene 45RPM 12" on Cola coloured vinyl. Reissue on Epitaph, images are not mine, they were done by http://www.pattonmad.com / FantomasNoMore. (Last two images are mine).
Georgio Marauder - To Hell With Everyone. 7" single. AKA End.
The Kills - Midnight Boom 180 gm LP.
Living Colour - Vivid. Just because I'm a huge CM Punk mark.
Nirvana - Nevermind 4LP 20th Anniversary set. Image are piss poor. Bad light.
Pearl Jam - Live On Ten Legs 2lp 1 cd box set.
Pearl Jam - Ten Remastered double LP, this arrived this morning.
Queens Of The Stone Age - Lullabies To Paralyze Red vinyl repress, limited to 1000 copies.
Queens Of The Stone Age Not that recent, but interesting reissue on Ipecac Records.
Queens Of The Stone Age Again, not too recent, this is the Domino Records' UK version of the remaster.
The Residents - George & James. Korova pressing.
Roxy Music - For Your PleasureNothing special.
Various - A Rekords Rekords Record 10" picture disc from record store day. I picked it up a few week back.
Various - Die Hard Street Music A short compilation from Judgement Night.

As part of Record Store Day's "Back to Black" Friday on November 25th, The Black Keys will release a limited edition 12-inch of their new single, "Lonely Boy," to participating indie music retailers. Both the lead track and the B-side, "Run Right Back," are featured on the band's forthcoming album,El Camino, which hits stores on December 6th.

The "Mrs" has pre-ordered the album for my birthday, I've been listening to Threakfreakness and The Big Come Up quite a bit lately, really enjoying them whilst burning around on Forza Motorsport 4. I'm not to fussy on singles any more, the record store days seem to create a huge buzz - I like to avoid all that fuss, but I like the dozer on the front sleeve.

I picked up the single in the end. Got El Camino, listened to it twice yesterday and again this morning. I don't like how superficial it all is. Absolutely no depth, completely immediate and forgettable. No redeeming features to speak of and of course the dribbling masses love it. It's poor enough to win a grammy, yes it's that poor.

this is what I had figured/was afraid of.
I've got it coming in the mail. (impending doom!)
truth be told/IMHO, these guys have been fizzling out for me. well...
not "for" me, but after that 3rd record, it's been downhill suck fizzle.
at least I still have the big come up and thickfreakness to revisit. and cry.
oh well, worst/best case scenario - this thing will make an excellent trade in.

next up, a BARNBURNERS REUNION!!! h00t! h00t! (wishful thinking)

I know Attack And Release was heavily criticised for betraying its blues roots but I loved it. And I know the same critics hated Brothers too, and again Brothers was one of the best albums of 2010. I still play it a lot now.

I've cooled on my opinion of El Camino now, but I'm still not happy with it. They've traded wit, soul and integrity for brevity and immediacy. The radio will love this.
